1. Receipt & Sorting
Used containers are received at GIDC Ankleshwar, visually inspected and segregated based on condition and previous contents.
2. Emptying & Washing
Residual contents are drained for approved disposal. Containers are washed internally and externally using controlled systems.
3. Rinsing & Drying
Containers are rinsed and dried to remove residual liquids and moisture, preparing them for reuse or resale.
4. Inspection & Dispatch
Final inspection checks body condition, closures and leaks. Approved containers are shifted to stock for sales and dispatch.
